JOB DESCRITION:
KEY OBJECTIVE:
Contribute to the profitability of Oracle Support Services by providing advanced functional and technical consultancy services to the customers, either on-site or through remote access, to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To provide advanced technical and functional consultancy services (onsite or remote) to the customers
-To work with Global Support Team and Customer Management Team to manage customer's problems in e-Business Suite products in crisis situation.
-To establish and maintain good relationship with customers
-To assist Services Sales Team to develop technical solution for large scale services project if required
-To pitch Oracle Services values and generate business lead to Services Sales Team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-5+ years solid experience in Apps DBA for Oracle e-Business Suite Applications (such as installation, upgrades, administration, troubleshooting, etc).
-Knowledge in Application Performance Tuning is a must
-Functional and/or technical knowledge in e-Business Suite, especially in one or more of following product families:
-Financials
-Procurement
-Order Management
-Manufacturing (Discrete, or Process)
-Logistics
-Business Intelligence & Analytics (DBI, OFA/OSA, EPB etc.)
-Maintenance Management (EAM etc.)
-Projects (Costing, Billing)
-Business knowledge & operational experience in above business units is a plus
-Fundamental knowledge & experience with Oracle Database Server & Oracle Application Server
-Developer (Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Pro*C, JAVA, etc.) experience is a plus
-ITIL, ITSM knowledge & experience is a plus
-Project Management experience & skills is a plus
-Overall system's architecture design & implementation experiences & skills is a plus
-Self-motivated and good problem solving skills
-Quality and achievement oriented
-Able to work independently and under pressure, can travel
-Good communication & customer facing skills
-Good learning capability & teamwork spirit
-Good command in both written and spoken English
