      具体要求:

    Location: Beijing/Shanghai

    Job Objectives:

    Provide presales support and delivery quality management of Oracle Support Services (OSS) service packages targeted to PeopleSoft customer

    Responsibilities:
    Market analysis of post-sales support service requirements
    Design new service packages/refine existing service packages for targeted markets
    Compile sales kit for service packages
    Design service delivery procedures/processes, and its associated quality management standards and measures
    Internal sales and Service Delivery team training
    Provide presales support to sales and channel partners on selling service packages
    Price quoting for customer projects

    Qualification:
    5-7 software technical support (presales or post-sales) or product marketing experience with strong technical background in major IT vendor or partner
    Good knowledge of PeopleSoft products
    Basic Project Management knowledge and experience
    Knowledge/certification of Six Sigma (preferred)
    English and Madarin fluency
    Degree level qualification or equivalent
    Self motivator with the ability to work independently
    Strong business sense
    Strong communication and presentation skills
    Good customer management technique
    Team player
